What is the Relationship Between Philosophy and Justice?
Answer: Philosophy allows different theories to present various reasons why nothing should be morally wrong, or should be morally permissible. The entire court system, the justice system, is based on the understanding of these philosophical principles. Without them, we will not be able to identify the cause of justice, or even start defining what justice is.
The relationship between justice and philosophy is the reason why we need justice, and what acts are implemented for justice. Philosophy is not only the foundation of our judicial system, but it is also a law in which our society applies and maintain to create security, fairness and independence for all its citizens.
